Interpretation

Commentary
The first part of the inscription is broken off, but perhaps it contained an appeal to a deity to grant ease, rġd (=Arabic raġad "ease and comfort"). The letters following s¹ are obscured by damage to the rock. We take kʿm as a toponym, analogous with HSIM 49218.2: dṯʾ b- ḥgr. The root kʿm in Arabic means to muzzle a camel.
