OCIANA
Translation
By Ġyr son of Bdbl and he was on a journey and he found the inscription of ʾbgr and he grieved in pain ---- and so O Bʿls¹mn [grant] relief from adversity and uncertainty

Commentary
On the photograph w ngʿ can be made out curving back from ʾbgr. However what follows is unclear as its it relationship with the invocation.
