Transliteration
ms¹kt h- ṯm– dy nṭr
Translation
Ms¹kt, the ṯm– dy, guarded

Interpretation

Commentary
Both examples of m are face the opposite direction to the rest of the text. The lines are not aligned. The second line starts below the end of the first line, suggesting that this text was carved after AH 313. It is tempting to take the nisbah h-ṯmdy as meaning that ms¹kt was a member of the Thamūd tribe, but we should remember that several other vocalizations of the consonantal "skeleton" ṯmd are possible.
