Translation
By ʿzz son of ʾs²lm {of the lineage of} Rks¹ and he {grieved} {for} his father and for {ʿwḏ} {his} maternal uncle and for S²ʿ and he was on the look out and may he cut off his hand that Ds²r may be against the destroyer of our inscription
