Translation
Wʾl the servant of S¹rmrʾ set up a standing stone ----
{to} ʿtrġth in the presence of ʾns¹ ----
blh -h and offered to her the two mḥr-rituals (incense-offerings) ----
{to} Ḥgr and may she favour him and his posterity ----
may Ḏġbt dishonour {him} and he [and] [his] posterity [who] dishonours it ----
