- Commentary
- For s²rfw perhaps compare Arabic šārafa ʿalay-hi "he was on the point of reaching it" (Lane 1536c) with b- instead of ʿalā. For qrt compare Arabic qārah "a small mountain separate from other mountains", "a small black, isolated mountain" (Lane 1863-1893: 2574b).
