Al-Saʿīd followed by Al-Turkī: s¹tḥby ʾfd for s¹tḥbl ʾqd; Sima: s¹tḥb---- for s¹tḥbl and lrʿ for hrʿ; Farès-Drappeau:ʾfd for ʾqd. TRANSLATION Line 1. Commentary
Only the copy is available. In Sabaic ʿs²rt means 'the nomad group' (Beeston et al. 1982: 21). In Classical Arabic ʿašīrat and ʿašīr has the meaning 'community' (Lane 1863-1893: 2053a).
