Translation
By Mlk son of ʾḥwḍ of the lineage of ʿmn and and he stopped briefly because of a monitor lizard in the year Mk escaped to Roman territory and he grieved for S¹yd who had been killed and so O Lt [grant] revenge on whoever killed him and he grieved for the son of his paternal uncle who is a prisoner captured by [the tribe of] Ṭyʾ
