OCIANA
Translation
By ʾws¹ʾl son of S¹ḫr son of Ḥml son of Ns²bt son of Ktbn son of Grmʾl and he was on the look-out for the son of his paternal uncle {Ktbn}. So, O Lt [grant] deliverance from him who looks out!
