Translation
By Mṭr son of Ḥg son of Mṭr and he was on the look-out for the enemy and so O Lt [grant] security and [inflict] blindness on whoever scratches out this inscription

Unfortunately, the Safaitic Epigraphic Survey Programme was unable to locate the site of Qabr Nāṣir and it does not appear in Geonames.
