[l] ---- [b][n] [m][d][ʿ] [b][n] s²mt bn ḫlʾl bn ḃnt w ngʿ ʿl- s²[m]t [ʾ][s¹][r] f h lt w bʿls¹mn w gdʿwḏ s¹l[m] l- [ḏ] ġnẓ b- rmy w ʿwr l- ḏ yʿwr h- s¹fr
Translation
By son of Mdʿ son of S²mt son of Ḫlʾl son of Ḃnt. And he longed for S²mt (who is in prison). So, O lt and Bʿls¹mn and Gdʿwḏ, [grant] security to him who is distressed by a Roman! And blindness to him who effaces this inscription!

Unfortunately, the Safaitic Epigraphic Survey Programme was unable to locate the site of Qabr Nāṣir and it does not appear in Geonames.
