- Translation
- By Gfft son of Mlkt son of Bnḫlh son of Ys¹lm son of Ḍr son of Mʾqn and he pastured the herd of camels whilst migrating with the tribe and so he fled from Nabataeans the year of the killing of Ḥmt

- Commentary
- The letters read as the n of nf{r} and nwy are much shorter on the rock than in the copy. The arms of the r in the word nf{r} are not altogether certain in the photograph. There is part of a cartouche visible in the photograph.
