Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
BRCM: ʾrf for ʾrs²; Translation: "For Hnʾ son of S²ms¹ son of ʾby son of ʾrf and I grieve for his partisans and I passed the winter (in this place). O Ds²r and Lt grant peace and easy prey and I build on theʾs¹ "
Commentary
The last letter of the fourth namer is identical to the s² in ʾs²yʿ and s²ty and so the name must be ʾrs². A photograph of part of the stone was also published in Bikai 2005: 4.
