Translation
By {Wq----} {son of} {ʾnʿm} son of Ḥs²fn son of Hls¹ son of Glḥn son of Ḫlṣ son of ʾs¹ and he grieved for ʾs and for Mʿyr and for S¹r.

Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
BRCM: ḥffn for ḥs²fn. Translation: "For ʿbdt son of ʾnʿm son of Ḥffn son of Hls¹ son of Glḥn son of Ḫlṣ son of ʾs¹ and I grieve for ʾs and for Mʿyr and for S¹r".
Commentary
The text starts under ḥs²fn in BRCM 39.2 running left to right and then down the right edge of the face and after reaching the bottom edge curling back on itself three times and ending in the centre.
