l wʾl bn drbʾl bn s¹bʾl ḏ- ʾl ḍf w wld h- dr f h lt s¹[l]m
Translation
By Wʾl son of Drbʾl son of S¹bʾl of the lineage of Ḍf and he helped [the she-camel] to give birth here, so O Lt {[grant] security}

Interpretation

Commentary
Since in most Safaitic inscriptions wld refers to birthing animals we have interpreted it as that here, and assumed that it refers to the she-camel and her calf pictured by the inscription.
