Commentary
There is a clear distinction (not shown on Jaussen & Savignac's copy (1909–1920, ii, pl. CXLVI)) between the third letter (ḍ) and the last (m).

After the patronym there are two superposed dots followed by a large "V" slightly lower than letters below which, after a small gap, is a vertical line.
