Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
TEXT Jaussen & Savignac followed by van den Braden: b wʿrt rather than b ----ʿrt [sign]; Eskoubi: b ʿrt for b ----ʿrt [sign].
Commentary
The letter immediately after the b has been erased.

Associated Signs
(1) Above the b a sign like a Tham B f.. (2) After the end a sign like a y with the bottom of the stem resting on a horizontal line (probably not contemporary with the text, because different technique and lighter patina).
