Translation
By S¹wd son of Ys¹lm son of S¹ʿd son of Qʿbl son of Zḥk son of S¹ʿd son of Zḥk son of Ms²r son of Mlk. And he was on the look-out for his father. So, O lt, [grant] security! And he was on the look-out for the Romans. So, O lt, [grant] security
