Translation
By Qdm son of Ḥml son of ʿlg son of ʾnʿm son of ʾs¹ son of ʾs²ym son of ʿbd son of ʾʾs¹d son of Bwk. And he returned to water from the inner desert. So, O lt, [grant] security and rest.
