l ʿwḏ bn mf(l)ṭ h- tmn(y) ṭʿn ḥ(y) w ḥl h- dr f {h}y lt (s¹)(l)m w (ʿ)(w)r (l-) ḏ (y)ʿwr h- s¹fr
Translation
By ʿwḏ son of {Mflṭ} the Tmny Ṭʿn-Ḥy and he encamped at this place. So, O Lt [grant] security! But blindness to him who effaces this inscription!
