Translation
By Ḫlṣ son of Mnʿm son of Ḫlṣ of the lineage of Dʾf and he helped the goats give birth and he drove away the enemy the year the ʾl Lḥyn made a surprise attack on the ʾs¹kn and destroyed the herds and so O Lt [grant] security to him who has been driven away

Provenance
On the left bank of Wādī Shām, north-west of the water-tower at Biʾr al-Ruṣayʿī. A small outcrop overlooking the wādī, 30 m east of site 14, on the opposite side of a small gully. This is site E in Macdonald, Al Muʾazzin & Nehmé 1996.
