Translation: By Fṣʾl daughter of Bgd of the lineage of Rks¹ and for her is [the] cairn

Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus: AtIN: bngd for bgd; ḏ ʾl for ḏʾ{t}l Al-Jallad & Jaworska, under ḏ2: ḏʾ ʾl
Commentary: We cannot see a n after the b of the patronym. Al-Jallad & Jaworska, under ḏ2 read ḏʾ ʾl as a variant of ḏʾt ʾl here, but there is a horizontal line just above the first ʾ which suggests that it was followed by a t part of which has been broken off. The expression w l h rgm for *wa la-ah ha-rugm, in which the definite article is assimilated to the preceding enclitic pronoun, is common in Safaitic (see, for instance ASFF 457, CSNS 1046, WH 3420, etc. and Macdonald 2018).
