Transliteration

l ʾnʿm bn ʾnf bn grmʾl h- ḫṭṭ w ḫrṣ f h yṯʿ s¹lm w h lt nqʾt l- ḏ yʿwr h- ḫṭṭ

Translation

By ʾnʿm son of Bnf son of Grmʾl is the carving and he kept watch and so O Yṯʿ [grant] security and O Lt [inflict] ejection from the grave on whoever scratches out the carving
