Translation
By Bll son of Grm son of Drr and he (?) longed for Ṣḥ and for Ms¹kt while he (?) anticipated a year of drought this year so, O Bʿls1mn, [grant] relief with rain.

Interpretation

Commentary
The letters l- ms¹kt are not visible on any of the photographs. Note the -w ending on the verbs. See Al-Jallad & Jaworska 2019. Note also the use of the vocative particle ʾ rather than h.
