Transliteration
l tm bn ʾkzm bn lʿṯmn w ḏbḥ [l-] gdḍf f h lt s¹lm w wqyt m- bʾs¹
Translation
By Tm son of ʾkzm son of Lʿṯmn and he sacrificed [to] Gdḍf, and so O Lt [grant] security and protection from misfortune
