Translation
By {Hkmy} son of {s¹lm} are the young she-camel and the male camel

Interpretation

Commentary
The second letter is written on the edge of the rock and it is possible that there is a hammered loop at one end in which case the letter should be read as a ṣ. The second l has a hook and it isd possible that it is closed and the letter should be read as a y. There is destructive hammering over the third h and following g.
