Translation
By ʿm son of Ẓnʾl and he longed for his father-in-law Ẓnʾl so, O Lt, {grant} him a feast and his {sister} a ewe-lamb, and {preserve} and [protect].

On the enhanced photograph it can be seen that the letter after l- -h is a w.
