l ḥny bn mfny bn rmzn bn nʿmn bn whb bn s¹b w ḫrṣ h- s¹nt f h bʿls¹mn ḫlṣt ----
Translation
By Ḥny son of Mfny son of Rmzn son of Nʿmn son of Whb son of S¹b and he kept watch this year, {so O Bʿls¹mn [grant] deliverance}

Commentary
The text is carved in very lightly scratched letters across two stones. Only the letters on the first stone were copied by Thompson on the SIJ mission. The letters after ḫlṣt are difficult to make out on the photographs.
