Commentary
The text is carved is a peculiar way with the last two letters of ΓΑΔΔΟΣ below the first part of the name and the last five letters of ΔΡΟΜΕΔΑΡΙϹ carved above the Ε.

Provenance
This text and NI 19 are on the same rock below the north-west tower of the perimeter wall.
