Translation
By Ṣʿd son of Mlk son of Ḫlṣ of the lineage of Dʾf and he helped the goats give birth the year the ʾl Hḏr were taken prisoner the year the ʾl Lḥyn made a surprise attack on the ʾs¹kn

Provenance
On the left bank of Wādī Shām, north-west of the water-tower at Biʾr al-Ruṣayʿī. A small outcrop approximately 150 m north of the Wādī. This is site E1 in Macdonald, Al Muʾazzin & Nehmé 1996.
