Translation
By Ġs¹m son of S¹ʿd son of ēlṣ and he pastured the kids and so O Lt [grant] security

Interpretation

Commentary
See the commentary to BRenv.J 1. This text is between 1 and 3. It starts left-to-right and then runs vertically up the face. After ḫlṣ, the author originally curled the text to the left and wrote four letters several of which he altered before scratching

An outcrop and cairn 1.2 km east of the water-tower at Biʾr al-Ruṣayʿī, on the Rushayda–Zalaf road, approximately 30 m south of the road, between the road and Wādī Shām.
