Interpretation
- Apparatus Criticus
- JaS: w nds² f s¹lm for w ds²{r} s¹lm which is translated as "and he carded cotton and was safe".
- Commentary
- The copy of the n before second d is doubtful. The leter after the s² has the form of a f but it seem likely it should be read as a r cf. JaS 148 and 159.2.
