MNSI pp. 259-260: Alternative readings of the last part: a) w s¹ʿd h ʿ{l}y {m}- ʿrr ḥy - and help [him] O {Most High} {against} the vengeance of Ḥy; or b) w s¹ʿd hʿ{z}y {m-} ʿrr ḥy - and help [him] {Hʿzy} {against} the vengeance of Ḥy. In both cases with assimilation of the -h pronominal suffix on s¹ʿd to the h vocative particle.
