l whblh bn s¹kr bn khl ḏ- yl qmr w rʿy h- ḍʾn s¹nt ḥrb yhd w wgm ʿl- ʾb -h w ʿl- ʾḫ -h w ʿl- bndd -h trḥ w bʾs¹ m ẓll f h lt s¹lm w ġnmt

Translation

By Whblh son of S¹kr son of Khl of the tribe of Qmr and he pastured the sheep [in] the year of [the Yhd] war and he grieved for his father and for his brother and for [the] son of his paternal uncle and so he was miserable overshadowed (with grief). So, O Lt [grant] security and booty
