Interpretation

Commentary
{ẓ}ʿnt: There is a horizontal line near the bottom left of the ẓ which runs under the ʿ. This makes the ẓ appear like a k. Ẓʿnt is a popular name, however, whilst "Kʿnt" is unattested.
