Interpretation

Commentary
bdn: There is a straight line in the centre of the arc of b which makes the letter look like a ḥ. Upon close examination, it is clear that the line is more lightly incised than the rest of the letter and is not joined to the arc.

Cartouche; Seven lines (note that there appears to be an eighth line, but it is much thinner than the others and is facing a different a different direction, so is probably damage)
