Interpretation

Commentary
ʾṣm{ʿ}: Immediately following the m, there is a circle within the cartouche that one might read as a ʿ. The circle appears to be of the same technique as the rest of the inscription, but is smaller than one would expect for another letter. It is quite possible that the reading of this name should be ʾṣm, but as the circle is within the cartouche a reading of ʾṣmʿ has been given.
