Transliteration
l {ʿ}zhm bn bʿqmh
Translation
By {ʿzhm} son of Bʿqmh

Interpretation

Commentary
{ʿ}zhm: The first letter seems to have been altered with the addition of a vertical line, making the letter look like a y. Between the b and n of bn there is a short diagonal line. This has been read as an extraneous mark. The name bʿqmh has been found twice before (HaNSB 66, AAEK 242).

Associated Drawings
There seems to be a drawing of an animal above the inscription, but its head is covered by damage.Based on the body shape and tail, it is probably an gazelle, ibex, or oryx.
