Translation
By Nkḥ son of S¹r son of ʾẓmy son of S¹lm and he found the writing of ʾs¹d and so he was angry

Interpretation

Commentary
The author's anger was presumably caused by his grief because something had happened to ʾs¹d since he had carved the inscription which the author found.
