Translation
By Ms¹kʾl son of ʾtm son of Ẓʿn son of Ḥg and he longed for Ḥbb and O Lt [inflict] ejection from the grave on whoever would scratch out [the inscription]

Commentary
Below MA 4. The beginning and the middle of the text are not visible on the MA photograph and the authors apparently did not photograph the face on which MA 5 is carved. Fortunately, however, the stone was brought to Al-Mafraq Museum (registration no. 63) where this text was recorded. Ḥbb could of course also mean "a loved one".
