l zbd bn rbḥ bn ms¹ʾl w dṯʾ s¹nt mlk ḏ- ʾl yhd w h lt ġnyt w ʿwr w nqʾt b {w}dd l- ḏ yʿwr h- ḫṭṭ

OCIANA

Translation

By Zbd son of Rbḥ son of Ms¹ʾl and he spent the season of the later rains [here] the year of the King [or: Mlk] of the lineage of Yhd and O Lt [grant] abundance and [inflict] blindness and ejection from the grave by a loved one on whoever would scratch out the carving
