Transliteration
l ḫzmʾ bn kn h- gml w qṣy -h ʾm m ʿwr h rḍw f l- ywʿr m ʿwr w l- yqʾ b- ṣdq
Translation
By Ḫzmʾ son of Kn is the male camel and he dedicated it [to a deity] if someone would scratch [it] out O Rḍw then let him who would scratch [it] out be blinded then let him be thrown out of the grave by a friend
