Interpretation

Commentary
This and AWS 283 are the first indications in Ancient North Arabian of a family relationship between the goddess ʾlt and the god Rdw. The author apparently has a habit of carving his bs back-to-front or at 90º and in one case (in the bn before ḥḍrt) in the form of a r.
