Transliteration

l tm bn s²ʿṯm bn ʾbgr ḏ- ʾl ḍf w rʿy h- ḍʾn w wld b- h- dr f h lt s¹lm w ġnyt mn- s²ḥṣ

Translation

By Tm son of S²ʿṯm son of ʾbgr of the lineage of Ḍf and he pastured the sheep and helped [them] give birth in this place and so O Lt [grant] security and freedom from want
