TRANSLATION ḫṭṭ, King: "[the] inscriber". DISCUSSION King (1990: 397) commented: "The drawing to which ḏʾb refers is of a dog chasing an ostrich. The inscription is written curving round the chest and neck of the ostrich. For this formula referring to drawings, see Ch.4.B.2".
