TRANSLATION ḫṭṭ, King: "[the] inscriber". DISCUSSION King (1990: 401) commented: "fṣyt is probably referring to a drawing of a horse and rider to the right of the text. See KJC 450 also by someone called fṣyt, and, for the formula, see Ch.4.B.2".
