King (1990: 437) commented:"This is the only example among these inscriptions where the phrase w ʾn (Ar. wa ʾanā), most frequently attested in Tham.C, is used to express simple authorship, see Ch.4.A.5. KJC 647 is possibly written by ʾfl’s father".
