Interpretation

Apparatus Criticus
TRANSLATION ḫṭṭ, King: "[the] inscriber". DISCUSSION King (1990: 443) commented: "Below the drawing of a camel to which it refers. Half of the w has been filled in and the y and final ṭ are obscured by hammering. For the formula referring to drawings, see Ch.4.B.2. KJC 675 is also by someone called s¹yr".
