l mlk bn ʾnʿm w ʾs¹rq m- ʾl ḍf f h lt s¹lm w fṣyt m- bʾs¹
Translation
By Mlk son of ʾnʿm and he migrated to the inner desert from the lineage group of Ḍf and so O Lt [grant] security and deliverance from misfortune

Interpretation

Commentary
The text is carved in small letters below, and at the end between, the final letters of AAWHA 5. The tops of some of the letters have been obscured by lime.
