Translation
By Nṣr son of ʾbgr son of Nʿmn of the lineage of Ḍf and he spend the dry season at Brkt and so O Lt and Ds²r and S²ʿhqm [grant] protection from enemies and blood money for a foster child [killed] in evil circumstances

Interpretation

Commentary
It is not certain what ġyrt l- mrby b- bʾs¹ means and the translation here is offered tentatively. The request for "blood money" implies that the foster child had been killed. Alternatively, one could take another meaning of ġyrt and translate "and abundance for a foster child in distress". There are two letters which have been scratched out to the right of the first line of the text.

Associated Drawings
Some scratches and apparently meaningless shapes
